GraciaFilms is a production company dedicated to telling unforgettable stories in poetic ways. Founder Chad Gracia worked in theater for nearly 20 years before making his debut film, The Russian Woodpecker, which won multiple prizes worldwide, including the Grand Jury Prize for World Documentary at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival. It was also nominated for Best Documentary by the International Documentary Association and the Independent Spirit Awards.

He is currently working on Sex in the Soviet Union, a timely and powerful trilogy that explores the roots of Russia’s toxic sexual culture. The company is also at work on a feature about a quest to resurrect the woolly mammoth
